Please use the form to include your video link (no more than 4 minutes) of the following material:
Ballet technique/performance (en pointe if applicable) and contemporary technique/performance material
(If a dancer has been on pointe for 2+ years, please also include: Echappe, pirouette, and pique turn exercise from the corner).
